Tonkatsu

Hello fellow Japanophiles! In case you still don't know what it is,...Tonkatsu is a breaded pork(Ton in Japanese) sirloin dish. Most people find it very delicious because the fact that it is akin to the normal Western breaded pork. The tiny difference is that there is sauce accompanied with the dish. Right! It's called Tonkatsu sauce, it also tastes like barbeque sauce. If you haven't tasted it yet, why not drop by a Japanese restaurant nearest you or...let's make one at home!
Ingredients: slices of pork sirloin(depends on what you can consume). with a width of 1 inch.
1 beaten egg(on every 4 slices of pork)
2 cups bread crumbs(on every 4 slices of prok)
1 cup flour(on every 4 slices of pork)
Canola or Sunflower oil for deep frying.
lemon is optional
Hot yellow mustard(optional)
Sauce:
Worcestershire would be fine.
